Brian Miller began his career in medical device technology in 2002 with Merit Medical Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:MMSI) with focus on the international markets. Miller was appointed Managing Director of Latin America and the Caribbean in 2003 where he led market development, strategy and commercial initiatives for the region. He was responsible for developing an expansive distribution network for a variety of products and therapies, in addition to preparing the launch of direct regional offices and distribution hubs in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and Mexico. In addition to developing Merit Medical’s branded business, Miller also served as the Director of OEM Sales, Latin America from 2009 to 2012 executing a number of major product initiatives with a number of leading multinational medical technology organisations.
Miller resided in Spain for two years, studied in Israel, and holds a degree from Brigham Young University in International Business.

Andrew “Andy” Cotton began his career in medical device technology in 1999 with General Electric Company (NYSE:GE) overseeing infrastructure sensing in the medical segment in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Subsequently, Cotton joined Honeywell International Inc. (NASDAQ:HON) in product management holding global responsibility for the humidity product portfolio. Andy joined Merit Medical Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:MMSI) leading the commercial development and acceleration of Russia, CIS, and the Middle East Regions. Subsequently, Cotton held various senior leadership roles with primary focus on market development, M&A integration, commercial contracting, and other growth initiatives. Most recently, Cotton served as the Corporate Vice President of International Sales for Theragenics Corporation where he had full responsibility for all markets outside the United States.
Cotton resides in the United Kingdom.
Justin Lampropoulos began his career in medical device technology in 2005 with Merit Medical Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:MMSI) as a member of the commercial organization and subsequently held positions of increasing responsibility. During his career with Merit Medical, Lampropoulos led several strategic growth efforts with initial focus on accelerating Merit OEM followed by leading commercial and distribution operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa being based in Maastricht, The Netherlands from 2010 to 2015. Returning to the United States, Lampropoulos led Merit Medical’s corporate strategy, marketing, product management and global commercial strategy apart from Asia, Canada, and Latin America.
During his tenure, Lampropoulos designed and implemented a therapeutic organisational architecture to facilitate scale and growth while introducing both internally developed and acquired products and technologies putting Merit Medical on a trajectory from 227 million USD in 2008 to nearly 1 billion USD in 2021.
In 2022, Lampropoulos founded MDev BV, a Belgian-based global medical technology incubator and accelerator, dedicated to new and underserved products and technologies. In mid-2022, MDev BV launched SYNDEO Medical, in collaboration with a leading, US-based global partner, a division dedicated to manufacturing complete, innovative procedural solutions primarily aimed at the cardiac, vascular, and peripheral vascular segments. Lampropoulos is formally trained in professional aeronautics, is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s eMBA-alternate, the Program for Leadership Development, and holds a post-graduate diploma from Saïd Business School at Oxford University in England.
Lampropoulos has been awarded numerous industry awards including ’40 Under 40 Generation Next’ by Medical Device and Diagnostic Magazine, a leading US publication and ‘Sales and Marketer of the Year’ by Utah Business Magazine.
